Overview

Transcendigo, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates with a single intention: to protect the integrity of your reflection.
We collect only what is necessary to provide our services—nothing more.

This policy explains how we handle personal information across our offerings, including The Break, The Deep, and The Stillpoint.

1. What We Collect

We collect limited information that you voluntarily share when:

  • Booking or purchasing a session (name, contact details, payment information)

  • Submitting a reflection through The Stillpoint (your written or spoken responses)

  • Communicating with us directly (email, form submissions, or event registrations)

2. How We Use It

Your information is used only to:

  • Deliver your personalized reflections, session materials, or follow-up support

  • Manage your booking or membership

  • Improve the functionality and safety of our services

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or analytics.

AI tools are used solely to generate reflective responses in The Stillpoint and do not retain or reuse your entries for any other purpose.

3. Data Retention

Reflections and contact details are stored securely on encrypted platforms.
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service or maintain legitimate business records.

You may request deletion or anonymization of your data at any time by emailing hello@transcendigo.com.

4. Your Rights (GDPR & Global Privacy Standards)

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you

  • Request correction or deletion of your data

  • Withdraw consent at any time

  • Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority if you believe your rights have been violated

We honor these rights regardless of your location.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption, password protection, and limited access controls.
All platforms used to collect or process information (such as GoHighLevel, Tally, or Squarespace) meet current GDPR and privacy compliance standards.

The updated version will always be available at transcendigo.com/privacy-policy and will include a revised date.
